After having routine Orkin service for approximately one year, an earwig infestation developed and progressively worsened. By the time the issue was fully identified, we were already six months into managing a persistent problem that had not been properly addressed through prior service visits. It was only after the involvement of the District Manager and Corey W that the root cause of the infestation was thoroughly identified and correctly treated. Corey demonstrated an exceptional level of knowledge, attention to detail, and understanding of infestation behavior and treatment protocols.
