I would like to formally recognize and commend Corey W for his exceptional work, professionalism, and expertise in resolving a long-standing issue at my home. After having routine Orkin service for approximately one year, an earwig infestation developed and progressively worsened. By the time the issue was fully identified, we were already six months into managing a persistent problem that had not been properly addressed through prior service visits. It was only after the involvement of the District Manager and Corey W that the root cause of the infestation was thoroughly identified and correctly treated. Corey demonstrated an exceptional level of knowledge, attention to detail, and understanding of infestation behavior and treatment protocols. He took the time to explain the contributing factors, outlined a clear treatment strategy, and executed the plan with consistency and precision. Since Corey’s involvement, the infestation has been successfully kept at bay, and we are finally seeing sustained improvement. Stephen Jones was very knowledgeable with the problems that were happening at my mother’s home. Mr Jones gave us the necessary steps and procedures that needed to be taken in order to solve the problems. The plan that we chose was for 6 months. October 21, 2025 was the last day for services from Orkin under that contract. From the beginning to the end, Mr. Jones prediction was right on queue. The service that was provided at my mother’s home, resolved her all of her problems.

I signed up for Orkin let them know I wanted to do every 3 months. The told Me they have contracts like that and that can be done. Sent someone out the next month without my permission sprayed the outside of the home and then charged me for the whole entire home as if they did it all. Their sales people will tell you whatever to get started and then they will do what they want. The first person that came out did not do a good job had to come back out again! Do not book with them go with Terminix. Their customer service is horrible!
