Day one I had several services performed. I just bought a 68yo house 6 trucks showed up. It was an Orkin Army. All doing a differnt job but flowing like water. Took three days for eveything under the house still that was quick all that was done. It was great. All the guys and gal were fantastic. Thanks I highly recommend.

So after having Orkin for 6+ years as not only a quarterly pest control but also termite protection on our home (plus on 3 rentals) we developed at roof rat issue which we discovered ourselves. We called Orkin and a guy came out to look at the issue and give us a quote to take care of the problem. This was the first time in 6+ years any of their team had examined our attic. After looking everything over they came up with an estimate which included rat removal, removing the old insulation, sanitizing the attic, putting in new insulation and sealing the house of any entry points. The quote came out to $15,500! What?!?! So we of course told them we needed time to think about it. The next day I called them and told them I was getting other quotes. They started to come down on their prices but acted like they were doing me a favor. We ended up going with Terminix and all said and done got the job done for around half of the Orkin quote. We ended up switching all our properties to Terminix and are continuing to get better service for way less money. Orkin didn’t do their job when we had them! They should have been looking in the attic during quarterly service and they should have been inspecting for areas where a rat or any other rodent could have gotten in. The areas Terminix sealed up were obvious.

Orkin is amazing! I recently moved across the country and having used Orkin for 8 years. I wanted to continue service with them. I was so pleased with the technician who came out. She was so thorough, answered my questions, and found a big exterior hole in the window area where mortar needs to be added. I never would have caught it until there was an issue with rain and mold. She caught other areas that should be sealed with gaps as well. I feel safe using Orkin. I have been comfortable with the materials that they use, since I have a small dog. I highly recommend them!

Emily came out to my home & did the best job. She was very thorough. When asked if she would spray inside she didn’t have any problem with it. And sprayed all the outside better than anyone else has. Give this gal a raise she did an amazing job & was very knowledgeable. She didn’t mind working.

Absolutely wonderful and phenomenal experience. Marco White was the tech who came out. Marco heard me, understood my fears and concerns, and like the true professional he is, Marco talked me through it and explained everything to me in a way that made me feel safe, secure, and confident in the work that he was doing. We spotted a wasp inside of our home and contacted Orkin to come and check it out. The exterminator they sent was extremely professional, knowledgeable and patient. He explained what could have happened and thoroughly checked inside and out for any issues. Nothing was found, but my wife and I definitely appreciate not only the quick response, but a level of professionalism rarely seen these days. Thank you Orkin!!! I didn't remember the gentleman's name, but he was here today. Give that man a raise!!! Thank you again Orkin!!!
