Floyd was the best! Came over to the house to spray my interior and exterior. Also sprayed for fleas since it’s the season! Signed up for their monthly plan because they were so good. I used Orkin for years for pest control and termite bait system. Over the years they have become worse and worse from contacting them for service, cancelations, miscommunication..., overall they give a lot of runaround. They don't care how long you've been with them, they don't value their customers, their priorities are NOT in your interest but to line their pocket. I had the last of them when I requested someone to contact me about servicing the termite bait system and why the schedule of service changed and I was not made aware. Their customer service is unacceptable. NO ONE contacted me and so I didn't and WILL NOT renew my services with them. I had used Orkin since 2019/2020 but not anymore. I will take my business somewhere else.

Three people showed up, two did inspection and one put a couple of mouse traps in my pantry and some bait boxes outside. It's been 24 hours and the rat traps are unphased. They told me I had a rat infestation that they could fix. The price was $30,000. I could not afford that so they offered a second plan that was $11,000.

Super frustrated right now. We’ve been trying for weeks to get a call back from a manager regarding a random “annual billing” charge that appeared on our account—something we had no idea existed and never authorized. We cancelled our services over a year ago, yet we were suddenly billed for an annual service anyway. Resolving this has been extremely difficult. Despite multiple calls, we’re now being threatened with collections over a charge that should never have occurred. After six separate calls, I finally received a call back from management, but now we’re stuck playing phone tag. Every time I call back, they somehow can’t reach the manager. Time is important, and this situation has consumed far too much of my and my wife’s time and energy over the past few weeks. To make matters worse, after our third call, we were told that the account hadn’t even been cancelled yet, despite being previously assured by another employee that it had been handled. Every associate we’ve spoken with has been polite and friendly, but the repeated promises, lack of follow-through, and absence of any real solution is beyond frustrating. I sincerely hope the manager calls me back before the end of the business day—otherwise, this will likely drag into next week. 😒 Unfortunately, based on this experience, I cannot recommend using their services.

Both men were very knowledgeable and extremely thorough in taking care of the issues at my home. They were open to any and all questions and took their time to really make me feel at ease. Also, they did things in such a safe manner that it really eased my anxiety about having pesticides around my home and especially in my home. They didn't do anything that is unnecessary so their discernment and honesty was appreciated.
