Orkin loaded this damaged bait station and killed my beloved cat Caesar. I made it clear at commencement of service that I have several cats. I was assured the equipment was safe for them. After my cat died, I read up on the use of the Protecta LP bait station. These bait stations are supposed to be staked to the ground when cats have access. Orkin did not stake them down. They are not cat resistant and were not even deployed properly. All the preventive safeguards were missing from the bait station and it should have been replaced. The label on the outside that lists the ingredients was worn off also. John the manager has little knowledge of the poison that his staff carelessly uses. He also lies to customers. Do yourself a favor. Get rid of the toxic bait stations and cancel Orkin. You can just use Irish Spring soap to keep the rodents away. The life of your children and pets are on the line!

I have used Orkin for along time now. However this is the second time that we have had him come out and not at the end of month as we told them. This time we had no idea he would come this time of month and we are out of town. We had an emergency and I saw him on the ring doorbell. He never let us know he is on the way there for our inside does not get done. When I set up my appointments told the main office I need them to let me know if was on the way. We are considering to change company’s I will let you know.
