The young man (Jeffrey) who came to exterminate was professional, extremely courteous and answered all my questions. I would give him and the service provided 5stars. Scheduling issues (scheduled an appointment, office called to cancel then scheduled a different day but the time was miscommunicated, etc) was very frustrating. The young woman was quite pleasant and courteous which I appreciated. I would absolutely call them again but the first time was a little bit of a challenge. To be fair, life is challenging for us all and I hope my review reflects the courteous way everyone engaged w me.

I have had service with Orkin for many years. Never had a problem. If I call and ask them to come back out and spray again, it is never a problem. My rep (Randy) is always so pleasant and professional. He always does a very thorough inspection/spray of my property and is always willing to answer any questions that I may have.

I have been with Orkin for the last year. The person they sent out to handle the service was excellent and a great guy. This is sadly the only positive from my time with them. The customer service is absolutely dreadful. I repeatedly had to tell them to only schedule on the weekends as I had a dog that would need to be brought in so they could do the backyard and I was unavailable during the week, yet every time my scheduled service came up I was notified it would be during the week at which point I would have to take the time to call in and again tell them I would be unavailable and schedule it for that weekend. My contract was for 1 year and this will be my last month so I called to let them know after this last service I will not be continuing to use them going forward. I was then told that I would have to send a "written" cancelation notice 30 days prior to ending the service like this was 1986. Considering this is the year 2025 and it has been at least 20 years since I have actually had to mail anything, I was amazed a company would be lagging that far behind technologically. I can't help but think this isn't a technology issue but simply a scummy business practice done to harass their customers and try to extend their billing for as long as possible. Honestly, any company that resorts to such practices makes me question the quality of the service provided because if they would go that far in order to cheat their customers what else might they do?
