I recently posted that I was satisfied with my services but I was upset over my billing. I was quoted one price but after I did the trapping and later added repairs it was more than I was quoted. The district manager reached out to me and we were able to resolve my issue. II didn’t get a print out of my charges at the beginning. Next time I will make sure I see charges on paper and I will have a better understanding

DO NOT RECOMMEND. If you think this service is 24/7 as they claim THAT IS A LIE. Even when they say call me back on this number I couldn’t get them back on the phone!!! Do not enlist their service quick help with pest control. I was convinced to restore my Attic and add Termite protection for a RAT problem over 3 weeks ago. Guess what I still have A RAT PROBLEM. And the “home inspector” who sold me all these fantastic ideas hasn’t answered the phone for me since they job was “completed”. After they continue to tell me they’ve done everything everything looks good maybe. Everything they SOLD me on looks good. My problem is yet to be fixed. Even after I spoke to the field manager and the site manager!! They came and set more traps but have yet to come back and check them. Unless you want to keep calling them back as part of a part time job DO NOT waste your time or energy for an immediate problem. I can’t get them to swiftly fix this issues that I originally called for. But if you want to spend thousands of dollars for something partially related and then be pushed to the side. Be my guest. But a guarantee I think NOT! If I could 0 stars I would no shouldve went my first mind and stayed with Terminix I have been absolutely disgusted with this service and unable to properly sleep!!! But if you want a company to care about your home and pest control ORKIN IS NOT IT. Oh and never mind the foam and wool or whatever that suppose to be unchewable THEY CHEWED THROUGH it. And Orking left the hole for over a week. BEFORE I CALLED THEM AGAIN!

I am very surprised to see good reviews for this company. I specifically requested services for rodent extermination at my father's house, and the inspector, who didn't even go into the attic to do the inspection, told us it was going to cost between $18,000 to $20,000 to fix the issue. This was said to us based on an assumption without anyone going into the attic. Orkin national (the main line) sold me "packages" for services I didn't ask for, and then when I tried calling back, there is NO answer ever.

The tech Russell did an excellent job assessing my issues. I thought I had yellow jackets 🐝 but it turned out to be carpenter bees. He showed me the holes they dig in the ground next to tree roots! I had swarms of them and I have a kitty 🐈‍⬛ that loves to go in the area where they were. Russell sprayed the holes with can spray poison and before he left we both noticed a positive impact of less bees.

The young man (Jeffrey) who came to exterminate was professional, extremely courteous and answered all my questions. I would give him and the service provided 5stars. Scheduling issues (scheduled an appointment, office called to cancel then scheduled a different day but the time was miscommunicated, etc) was very frustrating. The young woman was quite pleasant and courteous which I appreciated. I would absolutely call them again but the first time was a little bit of a challenge. To be fair, life is challenging for us all and I hope my review reflects the courteous way everyone engaged w me.

I have had service with Orkin for many years. Never had a problem. If I call and ask them to come back out and spray again, it is never a problem. My rep (Randy) is always so pleasant and professional. He always does a very thorough inspection/spray of my property and is always willing to answer any questions that I may have.
