I’m giving 5 stars only because of my tech. Randy is awesome and very professional and he takes care of business. If it wasn’t for him , i would’ve switched from orkin a year ago. Fabulous service technician. Examined the home thoroughly and explained everything well. I had a lot of questions and James was patient and professional. He even remembered my grandmother whose home he used to service. Wonderful experience. Already seeing results from the first treatment. Looking forward to far less ladybugs etc when the weather warms back up!

Excellent service! I highly recommend these guys! This is the second time I’ve had them come out for pest issues over the course of about 4 years. Both times I’ve had them out they have been excellent, professional, and have answered all of my questions. They don’t make you feel rushed either. They go above and beyond! They take their time to talk to you about everything that’s going on and they give you recommendations on what you can do to help the problem between treatments. I use this company at my Cabin. They initially came a few years ago and started this service. They did a great job to get rid of the carpenter ants. For a few years, they would call and coordinate when they were returning to do an inspection. For the last few years, I haven't heard anything from them except for receiving bills to continue their services. Last spring, I noticed that some of the "traps" had been damaged by the lawn services. I called and requested that they repair/replace or recommend what I should do. It's been about 5 months and I haven't heard anything back, except for a renewal of their annual services. The damaged traps remain unchanged.
