When you shop around you quickly learn their monthly service is a rip off. Not to mention the not so great customer service and smart remarks at the office and from technicians on site. I really should’ve switched away from Orkin 6 months ago when I had to have a technician change due to the technician pulling up to our back lot, never getting out of the truck, and then received a bill the next day for “services provided”. Wouldn’t recommend.

These guys are a joke! Far from what they preview on commercials. The tech thar came out wasn't even nice. He was upset because he was working on a Saturday I guess. I saw a mice in my rental property, when the tech came in the house he instantly said I only have sticky traps. I said what about the foam and the walk through to find entrances? He repeatedly said I only have sticky traps. So I asked him to call his boss. He called his boss and handed me the phone. His boss was rude so I call the 1 800 number and a lady said that she sent my complaint to the complaint dept and that they would call me back on Monday. Here it is Wednesday evening and still no call. I will never contact them again!!! Very unprofessional!!!!

Satisfied with the service, so far. The service person comes every three months to spray. He’s friendly and easy to talk to. I haven’t encountered any silverfish in a while and that’s a very good thing. We will continue with our service subscription, barring any unpleasant situation with the company.
