This is the second time I was working with Chris for drain flies. Had no idea the first time what they were. Never had them before. He is kind, knowledgeable, patient and explains everything he is doing. He is excellent at his job and makes you feel at ease and really puts 200% into his job and to finding solutions for the problem. He is the tech to ask for. Very trustworthy and gets the job done.

Super friendly technicians and customer service. Had an initial text conversation until way past service hours with questions and satisfactory answers and they came up with a customized plan/discount that fit my specific needs. They had a technician ready to come out the very next day and had no problem working around my work schedule. Everyone was very knowledgeable. Both techs who came out were very open with different options of available services but yet not pushy whatsoever. Greg took the time to do several financial figures for various services that I would possibly be interested in. Very happy with my experience.

Pest Control Technician was knowledgeable. However inspector did not do a thorough investigation outside of home for rodent entry points.I noticed vents uncovered in back of home ( potential rodent entry point) after service was completed. He did not notice it. He inspected basement and garage pretty good. Gave good recommendations. I wish he could have showed me where the traps were set in the attic in person or with pictures. I believe he set them but I did not see him set them. I was showing pest control technician where to set traps in base and kitchen.

Orkin representative, Julius, with the seal team was wonderful. He was very personable, polite, and professional. He took his time and gave my home his full attention while inspecting for cracks and crevices to fill and seal.

I had just moved into a new apartment on 8/1/25. Around mid September I noticed multiple insects so I decided to contact orkin around 9/18/25 was set up for service on 9/22/25. The contract I have was was quoted 201.00 for the first visit (which I paid on 9/22/25 ) and it was going to be 48.63 for quarterly services as it was stated to me but what wasn’t explained it that I would be paying 48.63 monthly for quarterly services and not quarterly for quarterly services. After my unit was treated I had to call back around 10/9/25 because I was still having an issues with insects still getting into my unit. The same representative comes again on 10/13/25 to spray my unit again and tells me the visit is free because this is a test in between visit which makes sense because per my contact I’m on quarterly services so technically my next visit would have been in December but what does orkin do they charged me 146.00 for the 10/13/25 visit and I only found out because I set up an account on the first visit and made the mistake of setting up auto pay so they took the payment of 48.63 and billed me for the remaining 97.37. What happened to the Orkin guarantee? I called customer service on/around10/19/25 to request that my contract be canceled I was told the request would be put in and someone would call me but got no call back. I called the Saginaw location directly spoke to a woman on/around 10/31/25 who didn’t offer me any apology but I instead wanted to scold me about why didnt I call to say there was an issue. I think common sense would’ve told her that if you was just at my place three weeks ago and I called you back because the insects are still invading my space then it didnt work and I again requested to have my contract cancelled and was told that it would be forwarded to someone. So I would never ever recommend orkin to anyone.
