I had just moved into a new apartment on 8/1/25. Around mid September I noticed multiple insects so I decided to contact orkin around 9/18/25 was set up for service on 9/22/25. The contract I have was was quoted 201.00 for the first visit (which I paid on 9/22/25 ) and it was going to be 48.63 for quarterly services as it was stated to me but what wasn’t explained it that I would be paying 48.63 monthly for quarterly services and not quarterly for quarterly services. After my unit was treated I had to call back around 10/9/25 because I was still having an issues with insects still getting into my unit. The same representative comes again on 10/13/25 to spray my unit again and tells me the visit is free because this is a test in between visit which makes sense because per my contact I’m on quarterly services so technically my next visit would have been in December but what does orkin do they charged me 146.00 for the 10/13/25 visit and I only found out because I set up an account on the first visit and made the mistake of setting up auto pay so they took the payment of 48.63 and billed me for the remaining 97.37. What happened to the Orkin guarantee? I called customer service on/around10/19/25 to request that my contract be canceled I was told the request would be put in and someone would call me but got no call back. I called the Saginaw location directly spoke to a woman on/around 10/31/25 who didn’t offer me any apology but I instead wanted to scold me about why didnt I call to say there was an issue. I think common sense would’ve told her that if you was just at my place three weeks ago and I called you back because the insects are still invading my space then it didnt work and I again requested to have my contract cancelled and was told that it would be forwarded to someone. So I would never ever recommend orkin to anyone.

Julius came to work, and work he did! A hot Saturday was no match for him, as he thought through the physics of my many-angled deck to build a critter-proof fence. The one-way exit I needed to coax out the large animal under the deck had to be custom positioned, and Julius pounded the tiny corner into a perfect barrier. He did not have a simple job that Saturday, but Julius was clearly driven by his work ethic to devise creative solutions for my family-erected (crazily measured and dug out) deck. I admired his positivity throughout and his quiet pride in a job well done. Julius is a true professional, a genuinely nice person, and a valuable asset to the Orkin company. Only concern was poor communication. I called on a Wednesday and was assured someone from the Saginaw office would call to set up a time for the weekend. On Saturday I hadn't heard so I called and left a message. Heard nothing by Monday so I called again and was told that I had an appointment for that Wednesday, with two different times. The rep was supposed to call to solidify the time frame. Heard nothing but he showed up later in the afternoon on Wednesday. He was attentive sprayed the area of concern. Hopefully it works.

Mike Baker was awesome. Got to my house within a couple hours after I called (per my request), identified the pest that I killed, gave me great news that this WASN'T an issue or infestation. Quick, informative, and thorough. The person I spoke with on the phone was also very helpful as well. Glad I got a hold of these guys. They made my day.

Good to work with from the first call to the toll free number to schedule the appointment through having their technician Josh on site within 4 calls to take care of the huge wasp nest in the tree. Josh was very professional; communicated well about the treatment and follow up steps.

Cindy was very pleasant and very transparent. She was a pleasure to work with and was very detailed about what she did. It was not clear where these yellow jackets were nesting, and Cindy zeroed in on them and took care of the problem. As a businessman, I rarely run into people that I feel like I can trust and Cindy did not disappoint! I would highly recommend her to anyone.
