Orkin is a terrible company. Zero stars if I could. They never found the source of my mice issues, were very difficult to communicate with, and cost way too much money for what they do. Many times I tried to re-schedule a service and they couldn't manage it. Either the person wouldn't show up or they couldn't schedule it effectively. Even when I went to cancel, on the first try the person on the phone said it would go through in 24 hours. I waited a week and had to call a second time just to cancel. Never, ever would I recommend this company to anyone.

An absolute rip-off and completely unethical company. We were customers for over 5 years. Paying monthly for pest control and we also hired them to do our insulation. A few years go by and all seems well until we begin some renovations on our house. Our contractor found that our house was FULL of mice. They were literally everywhere and falling out of the walls. Our drywall was soaked with urine, causing toxic levels of mold. We also found that the insulation in the attic, that was supposed to be at a certain minimum depth, was less than half of that. We then had to remove the drywall in our entire house and pay an exorbitant fee to have all of the mold removed and the insulation redone. Ultimately this costs us over 100K. We provided direct testimony from our carpenters who, in over 30 years of work, had never seen an infestation like this. Orkin refused to take any responsibility for this. They refused to pay for any of the repairs necessary due to their negligence and they wouldn’t even refund our money. I would never ever do business with these people. Very simply, they didn’t and don’t care. Let the buyer beware. BBB report coming next.

They came to help make sure mice and squirrels aren't getting in under our home. The service person you sent Tyler Harmon was very nice knowledgeable. He is going to make it nice to work with.

S service was good once they showed up. I was stoods up three times waiting approximately 4 hours each time and I'm going to drive 35 miles to the site and 35 mi back home. This was not preceded by a phone call saying that they would not make the service. This does not count the hour of travel time.

The cleanup service was incomplete. I contacted Orkin's customer service on the September 18 (service was on 9/15)about a need to reschedule to complete the gano cleanup service. Later in the week I wrote a followup email through he website. No one has contacted me about the rescheduling. I am disappointed that I paid $1500 to do the cleaning and there is significant gano left on beams and stairs.

The technician Joe was everything a business could have in an employee. He was punctual, polite, organized, well versed in the products. He was thorough, double checked contact info and efficient in his work. We told him how impressed we were with the way he Carrie’s himself and his “way” with people. The mosquito treatment worked amazing almost immediately and lasted until the next one. My only issue is there’s been little communication on when the next treatment would be. Otherwise it’s a great service and made the backyard much more bearable

Very professional! Communication was excellent as emails announced appointment ahead of time and confirmed date, time and followed through to ensure a timely service.
