“I had a dead animal under my deck for (probably) a few days, and the smell became unbearable after a 90+ degree day. I called Big Blue Bug Solutions, and the customer service was wonderful. They said someone would be out the same day. Ryan came to the house that afternoon and put every effort into removing the dead animal (it was complicated by the thing being WAY under the deck, beyond reach by crawling under). He tried everything, and finally got it. Thank you for your perseverance and for getting rid of the horrible smell! I would use this company again.”
