Four months and counting.......I am not familiar with Orkin as a whole and rarely post reviews. In fact, I have never posted a negative one but am making an exception here. Having run a service company for 13 years, I have to say that dealing with this company has been a most frustrating and disappointing experience on so many levels. In November, 2024, after spending 3 hours explaining our mouse problem and the remedy, to the tune of $11,000, we signed a contract for remediation. It has been all downhill from there. In fact, I am amazed at the incompetence and the rude customer service I have experienced. Nobody shows up when they're supposed to and when they do, don't know what they're even here for. Mice are still running around four months later. I have been patronized by everyone from office workers to salesmen with platitudes and promises. Calls are never returned. They arrive six hours early or two hours late or not at all. The office staff has no idea what is going on nor do they make any attempt to hide it. In fact, they seem annoyed that you called, although they somehow remember to send the bill for work never completed. The only people who seem concerned with their work along with the customer are the technicians, who do a wonderful job considering the conditions they have to work under. They have my sympathy. I honestly don't know how a company can run this way. Mine certainly wasn't.

I am so pleased with every interaction I have had with an Orkin employee. From the first call (to what I believe was a call center) to the inspection, to the treatment, everyone has been very knowledgeable about their role in this operation. The inspector, Nathan left no stone unturned when he came out to evaluate the extent of our mouse issue. He answered every question and demonstrated his experience with and frankly, his passion for his job. And the technician for our area, Tony is delightful as he is efficient. His understanding of how pests operate inspires confidence. He really put me at ease and I feel like he covered all of the bases when it came to actually treating the problem. Excellent service. Called about my issue and they were here and addressed it the next day. Amanda gave great customer service, she was friendly and willing to work with me even though I called later in the day. The person I needed was not in the office and instead of having me wait until he returned, James (the manager I believe) came out to address my problem. He was very professional and friendly.
