“I have had a contract with Home Exterminators then when they changed to Home Paramount Exterminators since 1979. Over the years that have gotten progressively worse. They eventually send 300lb men here to crawl in a crawl space just big enough for a small man to for in. Sometimes have sent a female in a dress to do the same. You're in trouble when they sent two cars for an inspection as they are always pursuing sales. Paid once $700.00 for moisture barrier and he only sprayed in crawl space. They are in my opinion the worse company to deal with. I scheduled an inspection last week for today Friday the 20th of July 2017 from 9:00 to 11:00 in the A.M.. I Called them July 20th to make sure they were still coming and they said yes, but between 10:00 and 12:00. I said ok. By 1:00 They still weren't here, I called then and they said it was scheduled for the 27th from 10:00 to 12:00. I said xfhihshitgn.!!!!!!!! Beware-Terrible Company. Except, this year, they claim to have visited my home, charged my card for 3 services, at inconsistent intervals, and left no proof, no service ticket, and evidence that anyone was actually there. Re-newed my contract and charged my card without authorization. Got a call from a rude, service manager, unwilling to understand my complaint. Don't use them.”
