    Service guy, Tony was punctual and as soon as he walked in, he introduced himself by name. He was very polite to the Senior Citizen in the house. Tony proceeded onto his walk through after which he gave us the ran down of what he was going to do. He was explaining each and every step. In a nutshell, he was a true Professional.

    They come and “check” traps for mice every so often which I can do myself. They don’t have any real expertise or tricks other than setting traps. They don’t proactively check for openings in the foundation etc where the mice might be getting in. I had to ask them to do so and even then the job was done poorly. Worse, we had been paying for a carpenter any service for 5 years, and not a single technician followed up on the traps, dusting and spraying until we had a MASSIVE infestation and even then they were barely responsive about this oversight. I had been asking and the techs told me everything looked “fine”. The amount of established carpenter any colonies that we now have in our home is shocking. Not an apology offered by Orkin. Not an offer to waive the service fee for a few months given we had been paying and trusting them to PREVENT this situation. We would have been better off monitoring ourselves because we would have actually caught the problem before it was completely out of control. The custom service agents are rude. A particular manager missed several schedule calls to the house after I cleared my schedule for him, and his boss never bothered to return my calls. I cannot wait to cancel this “service”. Do not use Orkin.

He's polite, always willing to answer questions I have or be accommodating to wait until I can secure my pets safely, and friendly. He's caught more mice than the cat has since she's been here, so he really knows his stuff. I appreciate all your hard work.

    The tech was very nice!! He did his best to accommodate what I needed however he was not able to service outside of my house because it was raining. He mainly focused in two areas of my home which was the kitchen and bathrooms. I thought he would go around the entire home. Hopefully next service they can service everywhere.

    BEWARE…... I had a signed contract to do my Attic removal of insulation, put down Eave baffles, Disinfect, seal any or all Holes.Set traps then Put down treated insulation will take tops 3 days. Well first day they show up at 11:00 o’clock with no dumpster out side. Not the workers fault. The dumpster comes @3pm they start work to fill 2 burlap bags.4 pm Second day they show up with nothing they can do until 2 nd dumpster gets dropped 2pm it gets dropped to hook up there vacuum to determine that the vacuum broke. Andrew ( manager ) came out to apologize to promise to make this good because now I have to take work off to allow them to enter my home. So they will show up following week (4) guys Well I got a call that they are sick ( No show) Following week they show up on a non schedule day was not home Following week it’s a heat wave 125 degrees in my attic- my called to not allow someone to get hurt up in attic. 3 rd..week they show up with no traps 1 bag Forgot the hose so they worked for 2 hours also told me they have no idea what eave baffles where or have they ever used them before.lie in contract So this so called job went from a 3 day job to 1 month job. I told them when I signed contract this has to be done in a timely manner. Because my husband was in remission for throat cancer it’s not good for his health. Also gave them a credit card to hold That I was going to pay by debit. When job was done. Well they decided not to come out check the final work that was preformed like they promised in their contract. They charged my card Also trying to charge me for there exterminator that came to give trap that where promised in contact. Orkin is very unprofessional, Promise you things that never happen in there contact

    We had a yellow jacket nest behind our front light on the house. They treated the nest and said that it was in a tough spot but they would do another type of treatment if needed. It was needed and they made good on their word. They came back and treated again and it looks like the problem is resolved. The technician was courteous and kept me informed.

    I had a scheduled appointment for 8-10 AM. However, no one from Orkin arrived or called during that time. I called Orkin at 10:20 to inquire if someone would still come. They attempted to contact the local office, but no one answered. The representative said that someone would be in touch with me shortly. The next day, they called me to reschedule the appointment for the following week. When I asked the representative, who worked at the local office, why I didn't receive a call the day before, she explained that the time slot was overbooked by the call center. I then asked why I didn't receive a call to inform me that the appointment was canceled. She replied that she takes messages as they come. I further asked why they didn't call me in the morning when they knew that the technician wouldn't be able to come. I also expressed my frustration about the lack of communication. The representative acknowledged that they should have called me and offered a $50 discount on my next invoice. However, I didn't care about the discount as it showed a lack of value for customers. I decided to cancel the service before it even began. I used to have Orkin down south, and they were always on time and communicated well if anything came up. This experience showed terrible customer service. If they had called me the day before, it wouldn't have been a big deal. It was just frustrating to wait for someone who wasn't going to arrive.

Also, the rep who called me to schedule our initial visit was great! So far, the customer service has been too notch. Tony answered all our questions and concerns.
