“I work for a property management/construction company and I called this company to simply come and bomb a bathroom that had a fly issue. The woman on the phone was completely miserable, was extremely rude throughout the entire conversation, told me that the flies would return even if they came to bomb the apartment, (even thought I told her we are a construction company and the issue had already been fixed, just needed to get remainder of the bugs out) and she just overall seemed like she didn't want to do her job. When I asked if I should just call another company to exterminate the unit, she agreed and told me to call elsewhere. So if you have a small project, I would suggest not calling this company because it seems like my $150.00 job was not worth it to them. Terrible way to treat customers.”
