Quite inefficient, I booked a service with them I had a contract for a month of service they had to make 3 visits at the second time they never showed up, I called them after 8 days and they told me they would call me in 24 to 48 hours. When the second time they never showed up, I called after 8 days and they told me they would call me back in 24 to 48 hours, they never called me back I waited 7 more days and when I called them they told me to excuse them and that my service was about to expire because it was only for one month, I explained that they had only made one visit and they scheduled the next visit for the next business day, they told me that they would call me back in 24 to 48 hours. Last business day of the Month, bad customer service, bad product and expensive prices.

Only publicly leaving this review because they won't help me. They have simply blown off THREE appointments to come do a follow up. Now we're having the pest problems again. The one "helpful" person I got in touch with said she would escalate my claims to the regional manager and he would reach out to me. Haven't heard from him or anyone who might actually want to reschedule and come to do what I paid them for. I'm at a loss for words at this point. My home is becoming a place of stress and anxiety because of their inability to provide the services they agreed to.

My treatment has shown me that they don’t care about their brand reputation or customer service. Today was the third appointment in a row they missed and tried to reschedule without an excuse. I’ve missed multiple days of work for this and have nothing to show for it. TELL YOUR FRIENDS: ORKIN IS THE WORST UPDATE: Orkin has not done anything to make this situation better, despite any comments below.

Do NOT use this service. They take weeks to respond once they have your money and will lie and tell you whatever you want to hear over the phone. Each rep I spoke with gave me different information. The cockroach infestation has gotten worse and I’m now out $400. If you live in NYC DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.

Very bad service; lied to me about their contract and fees. Cancelled appointments several times after having me empty all my kitchen cabinets in order to spray inside. Spent less than 30 minutes spraying my entire house and didn't use potent enough pesticides to get rid of the roaches. Worst of all, the roaches have not been eliminated. Will never use this company again.

Charged $108 on card for a service I already paid in cash when the exterminator was here. Called for refund, told me it was confirmed and will take 5-10 business days to process. 10 business days later I still don’t have my money, I called again, rep told me she forwarded my request and the local team would be recaching out to me. They did not.
