The technician called and explained what he was doing or going to do. I explained the back of my house still has some excavating work to be done. He said he could do the front portion and come back when the back of the house was ready to install the termite control devices. Very professional and cordial

Good overall experience. Everyone who has come out to treat our place has been really nice and professional. We live in a forest and have rats burrowing around the house. This creeps us out to no end. Orkin has sealed up lots of entryways and put out poison and replaced insulation and a chewed up area but did charge us a small fortune for it. We see much less activity now, and hoping it holds. We also purchased a warranty, so we are all in this together for the next 5 years! Service has been great, so I only docked a star because of how expensive. ?

I met with Daniel Cummins for a free termite inspection of our home. Daniel was very knowledgeable in explaining the entire process of termite control. In addition, he had noticed that we had an issue with bats in the attic area. He explained what needed to be done in order for us to eliminate the bats from entering our attic space. The process is called Exclusion and his team from Orkin came out on 11/28/2023 and worked all day blocking off entry spots both inside and outside the attic plus installing a galvanized guard over the entire roof ridge vent. Both John and Jackson did the full exclusion process in the frigid temperatures. They were very pleasant to work with and were very professional. I wish all contractors were this great to work with. Thank you guys for a really great experience. I appreciate your fast response and all your hard work!!!

The service technician, Trent, was on time, very courteous, friendly and very professional. He asked me about issues and listened to what I had to say and then very clearly and concisely explained what he would do to address my concerns. After he completed his work, he again explained all he had done and explained to me what to do if other issues arose. I wish the service technicians from other companies were this proficient, professional and courteous as Trent. In my opinion, Trent sets the standard that others should strive to meet.
