He also offered to reinforce my damaged weather liner on my door to stop incursions and he provided me a business card to help me get ahold of the main office

Absolutely a rip off, paid them to seal all exterior perimeter at cornice. They came out and used $2.00 painters chalk, did a hit and miss at cornice line, one man chalking while two men watched. 2.5 to 3 hours actually chalking going up and down ladder and bill you $4000 for a $400 job performance. Reported this with pictures to local office manager and he said he didn’t get on ladder to actually look at job 25’-30’ up but from ground he thought it looked ok from 30’ away. Pitiful response and service.
