Excellent communication. Tim called on the way out to the house in need of spraying, called again once spray was completed. Reiterated that the resident must sweep and vacuum daily for at least a week. He will call back in 2 weeks to schedule reinspection and if needed, respray.

Giving it two stars because my old technician was fantastic. New guy showed up today and I will NOT have him back. Dude was going through every room of my house so slow that in fairly sure he was snooping around. Made me highly uncomfortable. Likely calling them to cancel service tomorrow. Kyle… you will be sorely missed buddy. Jeremy… you won’t be back in my house.

Today was our bi-monthly treatment to prevent insects from coming into our home. The technician was new to my home, so we discussed in advance what he normally treated. Luke, my technologist, is friendly and efficient. I am notified with a 2 hour window when he will be here and then again when he is at my house. If I have any problems afterwards, they will send someone out at no extra charge, though I have yet to need to do this.

Called Orkin late one evening, they had next day service available. The lady on the phone—Jessica—was very polite and informative. My technician was Josh; he arrived promptly within the scheduled window, which we appreciated greatly. Josh was fantastic, very knowledgeable and friendly. We agreed that spiders suck and they must die. His slaughter of their broods was relentless and without mercy. He grinned with glee at the terror he struck upon these abominable arachnids, and I watched with great approval. He was truly a hero this day. Looking forward to seeing the results in the form of less spiders under my bed.
