We are happy with the technicians that have come out to service the house but really unhappy about the people in charge. When you sign a contract for an amount and you get billed for a different amount not getting the discount you sign for is not my way of doing business. I’ve called the Lawton office 3 to 4 times trying to get this resolved and still haven’t been able to talk to the person in charge he passed it off to the receptionist. Not happy

Edit- the owner came out personally and sprayed. We have had another treatment since then and the tech was fabulous. Thank you Orkin for making it right. A few days ago, I scheduled a visit from a technician to treat certain areas of my property. I later reviewed footage from my Ring security cameras to confirm that the technician had treated the specified areas, but there was no footage of the technician at all. I then pulled the technician out of his truck (because he continued to sit outside for 15-20 minutes and I have footage of that) and inspected the areas for any signs of liquid or residue that would indicate spraying had occurred, but found none. We subsequently contacted Orkin, who assured us they would send a technician out today. However, the technician has since called and informed me that he is refusing to return to complete the treatment. I’m not sure how you can refuse me of services I paid for? The tech was Dylan. He should not be representing this company at all.

This was my first time using Orkin Pest Control, so I can't yet speak to the effectiveness of their poisons and pesticides. However, my technician, Jeremy Lynch, provided exceptional service. He arrived within the scheduled time frame and went above and beyond expectations. Jeremy identified the types of pests present by examining droppings, which was very informative. Impressively, he even caught a rat snake in my basement and safely relocated it without causing any harm to the snake. Overall, I was very pleased with the service provided.

I have had an amazing experience with these guys. The Guy that initially came out to inspect the house was very professional, patient, and understanding as we were going through what we thought was a disaster. James, the man who comes to do the routine treatments, is very good at what he does, very knowledgeable, and has became our friend. We have not had a pest one since the initial treatment, and we will continue to use Orkin past the recommended treatment time just to prevent any future problems. Chris has been great. He has taken great care in accommodating times and reschedules. He is the one that suggested the mosquito treatment when Orkin started offering that service. It is an expense but it is one of the greatest things to have. In the last year and a half we have had maybe a handful of mosquitoes. It is awesome!

Payed $240 for them to come out and inspect and spray , they said someone would come out 2 weeks from then and after that it would be every month. I have yet to have someone come out again, and every time I call nobody is ever available and they’ll give you a call back , ridiculous. I’ve called for 4 days straight now and it’s the same thing every day , there’s no way agents are so busy early in the morning and 24/7 to the point where no one can give you a call back. Feel like I’ve payed for NOTHING, wouldn’t recommend.
