Very disappointed! I was not home at the time the person who came out to inspect and give me a quote. I was out of town but reached out via text to please call me with the quote, but he never responded. I called and left a voicemail message but he never responded. I called the branch office and the lady who I spoke to told me he was on vacation. I asked if anyone there could give me a quote, she said no he would be the only one since he went out to my property. I told her I needed service urgently, she said I would have to wait. So, I said, if no one could give me the quote I would have to go elsewhere. She said, "well if that is what you must do". I think this was very unprofessional and obviously they do not care about my business. I thought Orkin stood out for their professionalism. NOT TRUE!!

In addition to them coming regularly, if we ever notice an increase in bugs (after a renovation or major yard work) we just call them up and they come out for an additional service free of charge. Horrible Jermaine the tech stated he was on his way and 15 mins later he calls and states he is not coming and someone would reach out to me, called the office they didn't even know about this. Oh well, lost a customer before you could seal the deal. Even after telling the lady initially i wanted to cancel she said i apologize would you like to reschedule. lol Bye Felicia

Terrible experience today when they sent me a replacement due to my normal guy being out. The guy they sent was here for four minutes and did the worst case of spraying I’ve ever seen for outside pest control. In fact, I could have done it myself. When I notified him, after literally having to run to catch him prior to driving off after 4-minutes of low level quick spraying, he acted as if there was no problem.

Did a great job very respectful and quick. I feel properly covered from termites. And I appreciate how easy and thought free it is on my side. My only problem is the tech left my gate open after checking my stations. Honest oversite but with dogs could have been a real problem had I not checked. I’d still use them, but will be more mindful to check!
