Oh well, lost a customer before you could seal the deal. Even after telling the lady initially i wanted to cancel she said i apologize would you like to reschedule. lol Bye Felicia

Terrible experience today when they sent me a replacement due to my normal guy being out. The guy they sent was here for four minutes and did the worst case of spraying I’ve ever seen for outside pest control. In fact, I could have done it myself. When I notified him, after literally having to run to catch him prior to driving off after 4-minutes of low level quick spraying, he acted as if there was no problem.

My only problem is the tech left my gate open after checking my stations. Honest oversite but with dogs could have been a real problem had I not checked. I’d still use them, but will be more mindful to check!
