Came out and treated for flies that appeared after a warm stretch after a length of cold days. That was fine, stated he was coming back the next day to bring some sort of light. Paid for the service. The next day I got the text the tech was on his way, then over an hour later he was a no show, and I got a message he canceled the service and it would be rescheduled. Nope, never rescheduled, didn't respond to messages. Just no return and no explanation. Won't use again. Do what you say.

very nice people. they just did the service today. It’s too early to see the results but everyone I dealt with was great. results were very good. Alex is super to deal with. I would definitely use these guys for any exterminator needs.

Will not recommend this company to anyone I know - scheduled my service appointment online on Saturday for Wednesday. The confirmation email I get indicates the wrong address for service. A phone call I make lets me know that they will be coming to the correct address for treatment. My appointment is supposed to be sometime between 10 -12. I receive a call from the technician at 11 saying that he's at a call about an hour from my house, has to go to another call an hour further away from my house, and he'll be there between 4&5. He finally arrives at my house about 5:25 for the appointment. I talk with the technician for a few minutes about my flea problem and then leave to go to a family activity that was previously planned. The technician does his work and leaves, no text or call to let me know he's finished. I can only hope my fleas die and don't end up as disappointed as I am Update: my flea population was unchanged. I don't think the technician treated most of my house because my carpets were not damp to the touch upon my return to the house an hour and a half later, nor was there any sort of smell from the treatment. I'm pissed off and feel like I was scammed and jerked around
