Since I've been having Orkin treat my home. I do not have any bugs, roaches, spiders, fleas, ants, bedbugs or termite's. My Orkin man is professional, always on time. He comes in does his job inside and outside and gone. If I have any questions he answers them to the best of his knowledge not just to tell me what I want to hear. Since it’s been unprecedentedly hot & dry we’ve been having problems with ants. More so than my usual can of RAID could handle. We’ve had bad experiences w/other PC companies & were hesitant to call. Mr. Phillips & Mr. Rico helped restore our faith in pest control companies again. Both of them not only actually showed up, but were right on time. No sitting around waiting for someone who shows up several hours after the scheduled time or just never shows up at all and without a simple text or phone call. The price we were quoted wasn’t different from the price we were actually charged & we felt the price was fair for the service we needed. Both men were very friendly. Mr. Rico didn’t seem to mind that my husband walked around with him and asked questions while he did his treatment. Two weeks later, we’re sitting on our porch & Mr. Rico pulled up (well before his next scheduled visit) and it was just to check on us & see if we were having any issues since his treatment. He took time to talk to us a bit, answered any questions & addressed any concerns we had. We’ve been pleasantly surprised with Orkin. I hope Orkin knows these 2 gentleman are an asset to their company. Even though the main office is near Alexandria, we like that they both live in the area. Thank you for putting some of our faith and trust back into knowing we have a pest control service we can count on, who does a thorough job and at a reasonable price.

My experience with this company wS very well. They completely inspected the home from top to bottom. Also went over every little thing that they were going to do before doing it. Their services was quick and easy understood and took everything that I had told him about the home into their work the inspection went great he did not miss any thing at all every little detail was covered went over every little detail that he had to before putting out traps and spraying this is one of the best experiences I think I have ever had it was not uncomfortable or anything like that it was a great experience and to be honest I felt like I knew him for years the respect and the Pride that he took in his work was amazing definitely will be using this company again

We’ve had Daniel as our technician for a couple of years now. He is incredibly patient with our dogs and always sends us alerts of arrival and departure times, as well as a personal phone call to remind us. He has been very helpful in every situation and always has a kind word and a smile on his face.
