I love me some ORKIN!! Eric came out and took care of us with Termite Service. We are now feeling relaxed and protected! Eric took the time to call before and after the service to ensure I was clear on what was done and future related service. I really appreciate how ORKIN looks out for us. Well done Eric. PS - shout out to “Steve” who started as my service guy (got promoted ☺️) but still made sure he got me squared away when I reached back about Termite Service. Thanks again Steve!! UPDATE: We’ll Steve got promoted (no surprise ?) and my new go-to guy is Jonathan! Again - no surprise - Jonathan always arrives as scheduled and makes sure the pests are kept at bay! Jonathan is also patient with my concerns and ensure he addresses any concerns. Jonathan is “The Man” now!! Today it was all about helping me keep the gnats away! Thanks Jonathan!

The appointment was scheduled between the hours of 12-2. I work the hours of 8-4 and I have to find someone to go to my house when an appointment is scheduled. I didn't receive a message or phone call from the person coming to my house today so there wasn't anyone to let him/her in. I don't know if my house was serviced or not. Please advise the exterminator they should contact the customer to advise when en route or on site..
