I’m extremely disappointed and irritated with this company. Since signing up, they’ve only come out once—maybe twice—and nothing has been resolved. When they do show up, they just walk around and barely treat any areas. I called to cancel after no visits for over two months, only to be told I have a “quarterly” service plan. That makes no sense—why would I choose quarterly service if I’m actively dealing with a pest issue? The second visit was just a quick inspection with no actual treatment, and I was told someone would come out the following month. Still, no one has. Meanwhile, I’m paying for a service that hasn’t provided any results, and now I’m being told I can’t cancel. Overall, I feel stuck in a contract for services that haven’t helped me at all. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Matthew did an excellent job. I had a little trouble with communication because I talked to different people. Hopefully I can speak to local office in future. I have a duplex and I did say that but he was not aware. The whole house is 1600 sf, but I had to pay for both sides.

My home was just treated today for termites and the technicians were very nice and easy to work with and were very knowledgeable about the process and products that they were using on my property. The property inspector was very easy going with a lot of knowledge about the different products and making sure that I had all the options for my property that I could possibly need and didn’t try to force me into purchasing anything that I didn’t want or need. I found the termites on a Thursday afternoon and had an inspector come out on Friday and I scheduled the treatment for Monday morning. I’m quite pleased with the whole process so far.

I will NEVER do business with Orkin again! They rarely serviced our home and three (3) times, they took money from our account WITHOUT consent!!! I gave them a second chance and they did it AGAIN!!!
