The site treated is a camp. After receiving the text about upcoming service, I make plans for someone to be there so the inside can be treated as well. More times than not, I get a call the day of service having it canceled for various reasons. It's rescheduled, and I can't make it to let someone inside. They have been informed that a key is left to enter and treat, but both neighbors and cameras have proved they don't enter. Why am I paying for 1/2 the service. Last Friday, yet again my service was rescheduled!!! I'm to the point of canceling both the pest AND termite service if things do not improve!
