Terrible experience. After they took over Dan can last 6 months or more. They gave me a scheduled appointment date in the app and then I reschedule it and then they show up anyway. Apparently the left hand doesn't talk to the right hand. This is really poor service. Changing.

⸻ I had a great experience with Orkin today, and I want to recognize Dylan R. Lombes for the excellent service he provided. He was professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable from the moment he arrived. Dylan took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions patiently, and made sure the work was done thoroughly and correctly. You can tell he takes pride in what he does and genuinely cares about doing a good job for his customers. It’s not often you come across someone so respectful, efficient, and easy to work with. I truly appreciate the level of service he provided and would highly recommend him and Orkin because of this experience.

I had to change my review as speaking with other customers and an Orkin pro. I’m not getting fully serviced. I have rodent n pest package. I still have drain gnats and seen a tiny bug crawling in a bedroom. My messages are getting read via text and no reply . I call every number provided. Since week 1 I’ve been dealing with issues. Reading reviews I see I’m not the only one with issues. Then get a letter to say they going up on monthly fees I still have wasp nests on the eaves of my house and gnats and little black bugs. I’m in complete awe of the service yet want more money. Orkin I’m sure you can do better I know u can or is this just the way of the morals of the company….scamming. I’m bout to report it to the BBB with videos. Read text messages with no response. I had to get ortho spray from Home Depot I shouldn’t have to do that with Orkin experts.

We contacted Orkin because we apparently have an intruder. Max and Benjamin were professional and informative. Max inspected or home for possible points of entry while Benjamin treated the inside and of our home. He placed traps where he thought the little culprit(s) were getting in and within about 4 hrs the traps had made a catch. That alone has already given us a peace of mind. I would definitely recommend and use Orkin services again.
