We contacted Orkin because we apparently have an intruder. Max and Benjamin were professional and informative. Max inspected or home for possible points of entry while Benjamin treated the inside and of our home. He placed traps where he thought the little culprit(s) were getting in and within about 4 hrs the traps had made a catch. That alone has already given us a peace of mind. I would definitely recommend and use Orkin services again.

I told them I have a rat problem that I only need them to get rid of them lady said they gonna spray and disrupt the sent trail and seal the entrances so they can't come in all for 155. The workers get to my house and dont seal anything and talking about 50 more to seal and they not going in attic because it has my washer and hot water heater is right under the entrance of the attic I told them to bring a small person to climb up the choose not to go in attic because its not safe thats BS you are paid 155 to do a job

Worst pest control company we have ever used. They come out every month and I still have several different types of bugs crawling all over my house. Found an entire pile of ants under our chair in the living room. This is a brand new home! I guess I will have to start mixing my own chemical and spraying myself even though I am locked into a contract until February.

I called Orkin out for rodent in the attic only a supervisor can come in attic to do the first look in attic and put traps out I was told he did come but no traps put. To make it easier for them they asked for us to remove stuff out of attic I hired someone to do so. The next couple months they sent the technician that can only spray in home I called complained I was told they would send supervisor well two months later still nothing so I told them in text message to can service well I was charged for no service I paid 6 months and still have the problem. Poor service poor management .
