I've had nothing but issues out of this organization. Between the contract not being set up right then an employee running his mouth and being extremely rude for no reason just because he didn't agree and telling the customer how it's going to be even though his boss told him something different. And then arguing rudely and insulting the customer just out of line completely and nothing was done to the guy except for a discount on the account. And now the guy hasn't even gone out and done his job and we have called and left messages with the company as well as the bad employee and nobody has followed up in any way. This is just been a disaster there are too worried about protecting their own person rather than doing right by the customer. I guess it's time to look for a different company and say goodbye to orkin I will never do business with them again and neither will any of my family or my properties.

The men who work here are really nice and always extremely professional. The service has allowed us to not worry about spiders or other pests and every time we’ve had a concern they have addressed it and fixed it immediately, including setting extra mouse traps in our garage and barn. Although the service is way too expensive for what it is, we will continue to use it for the time being because it saves us the time.
