Orkin is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I paid $198 for a home service call and scheduled my appointment on a Monday between 8-10am when I would be home and could walk through the house and get tips of how to help prevent roaches that were coming to my house from my neighbors after they moved. At 8:03am I see the orkin truck drive right by my house but noone stopped or knocked. My son called around noon to see where they were at and he was told the tech went to the wrong house yet neither of our phones had even rang. So they ended up sending a commercial tech after I had left for work and my adult son was home for the service. He didn’t leave bait traps nor tell my son how we could help prevent the pests from coming. My son said he didn’t do much. All he did was spray some growth hormone regulator spray around my house and then left. When I called Orkin after he left, I was told the tech had an emergency and hurt his back and there were only 2 in my area so they called the commercial one. I advised them I had wanted to be home when the tech came so I could know places to caulk when we did the walk through and I was upset they lied to my son about going to the wrong house. They advised me the branch manager would be calling me. Well shortly after Bryan Cole called and advised me that the tech they sent was one of the best and that he was at my house over an hr, and to give it 1 wk and if it didn’t improve to call him back. The very next day I saw some but gave it till Thursday and called back. I told him the problem was worst than before the tech came and I wanted a residential one to come while I was home.. All he said was he would refund my money and that they don’t let just anyone treat Cabell and St Mary’s. He didn’t offer to correct the problem or send another one out or anything. He told me my card would be fully refunded in a few days. The next day when I went and checked my account I had been charged another $198 for a home service. So I called Bryan back to find out why he just said he made a mistake and both would be refunded back in a few days. And by then it was Friday. So not only is my house untreated, I am also out almost $400 going into the wkend. I did schedule an appointment with Terminex for Monday. So fingers crossed I have a better experience .

The tech, Caleb, that came out was nice and courteous. I appreciate his work and wanted to acknowledge that. The company, however, was not impressive. After two months of mosquito and tick treatments, we saw no difference in the number of pests. After the first three weeks I called and said there was no difference (they had said they would retreat for free if there was no change) and was told I had to let the treatment work for longer. So the second treatment happened and two months later, still no change. My family walks outside and is covered in bites. I call to cancel and again am told you have to wait for it to work and it's not irradication, only reduction. I realize that but there was no noticeable reduction. Also, forget the money back guarantee, that's just another false promise. Two months, no change, but over $170 wasted.

I appreciate that she went out of her way to help us figure out what would be best for our pest issue. Shout out to Mimi, it’s people like you that make a business better!

I have never went though a company before and im so glad j went with Orkin. They have been so nice and polite with me over the phone and in person. Marvin was my guy today. He was so sweet and he was so helpful. He took great care of us today. He was even the sweetest to our dogs and cat and other pets. Thank you so much. I appreciate it so much.

Shout out to Donnie Lucas and his team. They installed a vapor barrier in our basement crawl space; they were always on time and Donnie was in constant contact with us throughout the project. Also want to mention Caleb, the technician who teats our property throughout the year. He's so professional and always provides details of the service he's providing that day.

Orkin has been great, I have seen them used in households I had residency in but this was the first time I paid for it out of my own pocket and I would be willing to do so time and time again, the employees are always so knowledgeable and personable and genuinely seem like they're trying to take care of the problem rather than keeping you as a form of income. Shannon was great and I hope to have him again
