Today Orkin sent out an immensely knowledgeable, competent, kind, and caring team of professionals to inspect our home and administer preventative treatments. This group of professionals showed how much times have changed in terms of treating people with kindness instead of disgust regarding bugs and showed kindness, compassion and understanding where in the past and unfortunately in the present people and companies shame those who seek pest control and deem them as gross and dirty. We were initially anxious about seeking out preventative treatments due to stigma regarding pest control but this wonderful group of people showed us immense respect and for that I would like to thank them. I would specifically like to thank two of the professionals that showed up. The first is Ronda, she was very knowledgeable and made sure to walk us through every part of the process of the inspection and talked to us in great detail about what they were going to do while also training someone else at the same time. She eased our anxiety about everything and made the process super relaxed and we felt our home was in good hands. The second is another inspector who specializes in attics that was there, and I do apologize for not remembering his name as I was pretty anxious when he first arrived, he showed great care, understanding, and knowledge of his field and also walked us through what he was doing and showed an attention to detail that is immensely admirable. Thank you to the three that showed up, we look forward to continuing to receive preventative treatments from Orkin to keep our home spider and ant free.

Amazing, I didn't catch his name but he was intuitive. This gentleman took heed to my concerns also he had a sense of humor. I don't do mice I wanted him to take them with him 😆 🤣 😂 but ever lesson has it's stages. I believe (mice) are have a farewell party in my home the got active after he left 😂😂😂😂

Everyone has bugs. How you get rid of them is all I care about. I have many techs out and I never knew their name. Yesterday I meet Amy. She was approachable and direct .
