Very predatory business tactics. My disabled mother called for a termite inspection and she was told she needed to replace her entire insulation in the attic due to mouse droppings found during inspection. She was quoted 23,000 dollars. She also financed at 30% because she couldn't afford the repairs she thought she needed. They showed up the next day to start work so we were not able to cancel. I've called local insulation companies who were at 4 to 5 thousand, including treatment/cleaning. My mother was devestated after learning she was paying 4x over market. I discussed the situation with the manager and he was extremely rude, dismissive, and basically told me he didn't have to talk to me because I wasn't on the deed or DPOA. I guess they only like to take advantage of the elderly. Stay away from Orkin.

Had appointment scheduled last week. Nobody showed up and they said we weren't on the schedule. They rescheduled to today. 30 minutes after they were supposed to be there I called and again we aren't on the schedule. They bought out a reliable company and I gave them a chance. They didn't make it 2 years. In response to your concern, the number posted is the same number I have been calling. I don't think I am getting anybody local.

Not worth the expense. Increased the spiders and other bugs in my house. I had better luck using spray from home improvement stores. They did not come as agreed upon every two months. I would call for a free respray due to continued issues, but that was then just turned into my "regular" visit. Had a tech come out to figure out where pests were coming in, said they would get me a proposal to fix it. Nothing was ever sent to me. When cancelling, made me pay another $50 some dollars for my april service, that was already paid on April 30th. I don't think I would recommend them unless you are into the stuff stated above.

Friendly, knowledgeable, awesome! Came out, explained the problem and how to go forward. They sprayed the house and explained what was causing the issue. Very happy. Rhonda was my tech. She was awesome! Thank you 👍 update Dec 2025 Barry is my regular technician that comes by. We are very happy with our ongoing service. Barry is awesome and knowledgeable.

Technician came out and was very friendly but didn't set up traps properly and no mice were caught. After giving a few days I set my own snap traps and caught the mouse. When I called the office about the problem they were happy to take care of it. I told them since I had solved the problem I would like to cancel my service. They were friendly and refunded my money and picked up improperly set traps. If I decide to get pest control again I will probably choose Orkin.

I'm not one to hang up on someone but jeez, you can NOT tell them no or ill give you a call back. Obviously the goal was the shop the maket but to try to get off the phone with them was impossible.
