Never would I have thought a single wasp nest was enough to cause so much confusion. The inability to knock down a wasp nest because its next to my window AC seems like an excuse. I'm canceling my service effective immediately and I will but the 20 jug of bugs pray at the store and find a big stick to knock down the nest saving me roughly 500 a yr. The guy they sent out this last time was more thorough but in the past they left spiders in spider webs all over the house. Completely unacceptable and incompetent, very sad for such a large company. Maybe thats why the complacency has become so rampant in the Orkin culture.

Orkin purchased a pest control company that I used on occasion. We started getting bills in the mail for mosquito service that we never ordered. We have never had mosquito service. My wife called and asked who approved this. Next thing you know they turned us over to collection for not paying for a service we never authorized. Who are these people? How do they stay in business? Do not do business with this company. Total scam. I will be calling the Better Business Bureau.
