They have sent notices about my Wildllife renewal in June and I have told them about eight times I dont want it renewed. Now they are coming to treat moles and I am constantly telling them that they were here just a week or two ago where they are only supposed to be coming every other month. Very persistent and pushy. I do not recommend this company

Orkin usually does a pretty good job depending on who you get. Shawn is who we personally like he’s very professional and does his job well. Orkin has been my go to for a few years we’ve never really had any issues with them

It took Orkin no time to come out and inspect our home after me and my wife encountered termite swarmers coming out of one of the AC vents. During the inspection fungal growth was found in the basement and we were quoted for both treatments. After payment both treatments were done within days, fast and professionally. We opted for yearly inspection and will definitely continue to do this with Orkin.

I paid over $11k for some work in 2024 to get my house ready to sale. I informed the inspection team that there was a flooding issue caused by the access well(s) that Terminix had installed. I paid for services in advance and now being informed that was a total mistake. When you purchase services from Orkin in advance, the services are with the property and are non-transferable. I also found that instead of installing a sump pump to deal with the flooding, a moisture "Watchdog" monitor was installed. In March, 2025, I moved away from the state of Illinois and requested a transfer of services to the state of Kentucky. No matter how many times I call orkin, I keep being referred back to Illinois even though I don't live there and have no property in Illinois. No transfer was made and it seems that orkin cannot update their own system. I was finally told at the end of October that the services i paid for were paid in advance and are not transferable and are with the property in Illinois. Dealing with orkin has proved worse than Terminix. Orkin has found a legal way to rob people and it shows their true nature. I've learned 2 things, Don't ever pay Orkin in advance for anything. Don't use Orkin.

My pest control guy John G Money is very wonderful. With our new move we went from a bug infested home to a non-infested home. John always has a smile of his face and address all of my concerns all the way from ants to mice and anything in-between. Anytime I call for questions with customer service they always answer any questions I have. They are always so nice to me and giving me the best deals possible.
