Advertise wildlife removal. Scheduled an inspection based off my availability. Called 90 minutes before our appointment to tell me they don’t do wildlife removal. So we canceled the appointment for the service they don’t offer. Now starting from scratch. Wasted days waiting for them to call me and tell me they don’t do the thing they scheduled to inspect. Very confusing.

Avoid orkin! Avoid, avoid, avoid! 1. They are not open 24 hrs, i had an appointment coming up that i had no idea what time the tech was coming and it took me over 4 hours to find any orkin number where someone picked up. 2. You have **0** control over your appoint date or time. Added bonus, you dont know what day until only a week before and you wont know what time until less than 10 hours before! AND they WILL change it without telling you! 3. I filled out a survey that asked my experience and mentioned that it would be nice to have more control over my appointments and they ENDED MY CONTRACT! 4. Never actually got the initial inspection or anything promised, first guy showed up hours late, had called me to ask if i even still wanted him to come out, than did such a bad job spraying that i had to have another guy come out a week later. Absolutely, insanely bad customer service. How is this a fubctioning business model?! My APPOLOGIES to orkin for having to work A JOB and needing to know when my appointment was!!

I called for a quote and got someone next day which is unheard of with other companies. He was in and out of the house within 15-20 mins. The spray he used is safe for pets and children. The price was too good to pass up! Great price, knowledgeable, great fast service! Thank you!!

Brookelynn from Orkin in Rockford IL was such a great service provider! I really do appreciate her, answering my questions and concerns! She made me feel like I made the right choice choosing Orkin. She was such a pleasure! As this is my first time EVER having such an issue I have been very overwhelmed in regards to it. She made the process so easy and gave me hope that everything will be okay!

Honestly, if I could give negative 5 stars, I would. I booked Orkin for flea treatment at my home with an appointment time between 10a-12p today. When I was booking over the phone, the Orkin lady was adamant that I needed to book right away and get treatment as soon as possible. I felt pressure to lock in my appointment and ended up giving my credit card information to book. I received email confirmation for the appointment and signed everything to lock in the appointment. At 9:45a today, another Orkin lady called me saying they needed to cancel my appointment due to their mistake of overbooking and that the next available appointment wasn't until next Tuesday. I couldn't believe that they weren't able to work me in before next Tuesday since it wasn't even my fault! I had already prepped my entire house (i.e. moved every loose item off the floor and vacuumed thoroughly)! I even had to take off at work this morning to have time to prep it all! Anyway, I cancelled my subscription (obviously) and now I'm leaving this review. I will also add that I was able to get ahold of Pest Control Consultants afterward and they were extremely helpful! They ended up treating my house at 11:30am today (only a 1.5hr turnaround), so thankfully all of my prep work didn't go to waste! I was so impressed with everyone I talked to with Pest Control Consultants and I will only recommend them from now on.

Jeff Boatwright was awesome! He was thorough in explaining all the different insecticides and pesticides that he was using to help keep my home free and clear from creepy spiders and earwigs! I didn’t feel that he rushed in his application, he took his time to explain what he was doing, how long it would be before I should see results and when to expect him back. Great experience over all!!

Brooke does a fabulous job. She communicates with us prior to coming and lets us know when she is finished. We have been almost “bug free” since she started spraying. We are very happy with Orkin and with Brooke.

I had to call the pros today because of a fire ant problem, after numerous attempts at treating my lawn and property with chemicals and having no luck with getting rid of them I had called orkin and they came out and treated my yard and outside of my house now I have to wait for the chemicals to work their magic. The guy that did my service was very helpful and he explained everything to me and exactly what he was doing his name is Alex he is a very professional person and I was very impressed with his service

Great team, not overly pushy. The local regional manager, inspector, and technician were diligent about putting what I wanted first, showing professionalism throughout the process to earn my business. Alex, did a fantastic job, explaining in detail what he can do, answering my questions confidently, protecting my pets, genuinely gave a damn. I've requested he continues to service my property.
