We called in the morning and they sent out Kaiden. He was polite, very well informed and willing shared his knowledge. It was a relief to get an estimate and he also asked if we were interested in an estimate for insulation due to his review of our attic. It was nice to have that option! They got everything sealed and insulation installed. All were great especially Kaiden! He went the extra mile to come out today after the work was complete and make sure we were happy! Kaiden came to inspect and spray and found so much wrong with my house that I was afraid of. Not just telling me though he showed me the issues. Amazing customer service and super knowledgeable. I had a company come out for bats that I thought were gone he found more bat droppings and several entry points he showed me and gave me a lot more sound of mind with everything because I now know it will get taken care of.

My house had been taken over by Asian Beetles! Two treatments and so far so good! A text announces the time of the Orkin employee’s arrival. Spraying is quick, no smell during or after treatment. I am very happy and will gladly sweep up dead bugs! Your employees have been great. Very knowledgeable and helpful.
