Landon was the tech who came to my house today. He was thorough and very kind. He was knowledgeable as well. The only thing I have had bad about Orkin is the national number. The local number is easier to deal with, especially because our climate is so irregular.

I am remarkably disappointed with our services. We were customers of Orkin for two years due to a spider infestation, but we saw no results. We are still dealing with them all over our home. After informing them that we were not seeing any results, it took over a month for them to contact us with a recommendation to change the service type. I was hesitant to agree but decided to give them a second chance. I submitted a request in their portal to cancel our services in January after I noticed that the cost of the new services had more than doubled, which I was not made aware of at the time of agreeing. But I was just notified that another service had been completed, and this service cost more than the one in January. I am so frustrated with Orkin, and I would not recommend their products or their customer service representatives.

My arcan guy does a great and thorough job. Puts his booties on and always ask me how things been with the bugs. If you had to improve I couldn't answer that. He's a great person

In the Leicestershire months, I have had a very good experience with Orkin. Their service people have been professional and very knowledgeable. They are also courteous and friendly.

I used Orkin over a year ago, and called them this week when we unfortunately needed them again. I love their customer service. Their process takes some effort but works. They come to do an inspection and then come back to treat. They are very thorough in their communication as to what is needed and pricing. I had googled Orkin this time for the number and accidentally called another “Sponsored” company who, when asked, said they were Orkin. They showed up did the service, and at the end told me they weren’t Orkin and charged me way more. I asked if it meant they would come back and he said yes, but it wouldn’t be needed. Later I texted him to ask what you get for that higher price and he was terrible. There was no quote, no contract, no understanding of what you get. Orkin is the opposite. Pricing is upfront. Their system emails and texts that they are coming. They follow-up. I will make sure to only use Orkin now.

Antoni and my tech were very informative, knowledgeable and cared about my concerns. Communication was top notch. Both employees were on time or early which was highly appreciated even though we were given a 30 min arrival window for the quote and a 2 hour arrival for the technician. My family's time is important to us and I appreciate that they respected this. They answered all of our questions with confidence and respect. My only suggestion would be to have better online support for before and after tech call questions.

Randy has been our tech for years and from days one I’ve known (and been proven) that I could trust him in my home, even if I’m not there. Services are reliable and effective, as particularly noticed when we had to have him skip an area due to some painting done. With a quick call he would’ve come back to treat that area once the painters were gone. Other companies will court you but I am not one to down every try out every new company/special. I have trusted service with Orkin and think in the long run, it financially balances out with others plus the service is reliable. Make sure to get the local office phone number otherwise the 1-800 calls will leave you feeling less satisfied.

The gentleman was very professional. He explained what he was going to do. My concern is that I paid $259 for a 20 minute call. The Orkin rep set mouse traps as we had done & checked the outside as we had done. He did spray around the floor boards. I was told that Orkin uses the droppings and the urine to check the routes of the mice. It appears that the source of the problem is just as much of a guess to Orkin as it is to us. This service call was overpriced. I do not blame the service man because he does not set the price but the man on the phone really oversold what would be happening in this 60-90 minute appointment.
