My recent experience with Jon was fantastic! He went above and beyond the call of duty to do everything he could to keep mice from entering my garage again and did an amazing job of proactively sealing potential issues around the perimeter of my home. Bait boxes were set up outside, as well. To ease my mind, he set traps in my basement utility room and kitchen, even though there was no concrete evidence of mice inside the home. Jon, along with Ezra, then added pest-resistant insulation to my attic. They did an absolutely amazing job of cleaning up after their work was finished. Jon has been so patient and responsive to the myriad of questions that I have had and has helped me so much to put my mind at ease during this unsettling experience. I highly recommend Jon as an experienced, knowledgeable, and patient professional!

Lindsey @ Orkin was absolutely amazing! She was quick and efficient while also listening to my concerns about where I had the most bug/wasp issues. We hired Orkin to put up a barrier over our soffits on our barn house to mitigate bats and birds. While the soffit itself is adequate, they did not put in bat doors as the representative from Orkin said they would. The result was AWFUL to say the least (happy to go into detail upon request). They put up 4 artificial birds on the siding intended to keep birds from pecking holes in our siding. Half of them fell off within a couple months. The communication and customer service was horrible considering the work they did resulted in potential issues with the State of Iowa. They did not knock of $1 from our bill regardless of the fact that the resulting cleanup was well...like a horror movie.

Greg is very punctual and friendly. He informs his visit the previous day and in the morning of the service day. He explains the service what he is doing that day before he starts. He also asks if we have any new pest issues and he treats that issue well. I don’t hesitate to text him anytime if I have any new problems and he quickly responds back. I am very satisfied with Greg’s professionalism.

Greg is our neighborhood service provider with orkin. He's very knowledgeable enjoyes the work he does. Has great communication skills. Explains the treatment process as well as recommended treatments very well. Always has a positive attitude. Orkin is very lucky to have someone as straight forward as Greg LeDuc.
