I moved into a new house and saw a roach while doing laundry. I called Orkin because of their great reviews and the first appointment they had wasn't for a week, but then called me the next morning to let me know someone could come the next day (thank God)! The technician showed up on time, was extremely helpful with any and all questions I had, he was thorough, and was in and out in little under an hour. When I first spoke with the representative to set the appointment up, he was extremely kind and explained all the services that would be provided such as finding out where the mice were entering, fixing of holes, etc. Unfortunately, none of that was done. The Orkin employee was here for 30 minutes and set out sticky traps and 2 bait stations. Furthermore, the inspector did not come with the Orkin employee. He rescheduled the appointment and then canceled 4 minutes before he was set to arrive. My time is valuable. i had to work. For 300.00, it was not worth it. I can set poison and sticky traps myself for less than 50.00. I will not recommend this business unfortunately. It was a waste of my time and money.
