We hired Orkin to put up a barrier over our soffits on our barn house to mitigate bats and birds. While the soffit itself is adequate, they did not put in bat doors as the representative from Orkin said they would. The result was AWFUL to say the least (happy to go into detail upon request). They put up 4 artificial birds on the siding intended to keep birds from pecking holes in our siding. Half of them fell off within a couple months. The communication and customer service was horrible considering the work they did resulted in potential issues with the State of Iowa. They did not knock of $1 from our bill regardless of the fact that the resulting cleanup was well...like a horror movie.

Greg is very punctual and friendly. He informs his visit the previous day and in the morning of the service day. He explains the service what he is doing that day before he starts. He also asks if we have any new pest issues and he treats that issue well. I don’t hesitate to text him anytime if I have any new problems and he quickly responds back. I am very satisfied with Greg’s professionalism.

Greg is our neighborhood service provider with orkin. He's very knowledgeable enjoyes the work he does. Has great communication skills. Explains the treatment process as well as recommended treatments very well. Always has a positive attitude. Orkin is very lucky to have someone as straight forward as Greg LeDuc. I was very satisfied with the initial assessment person for my home inspection. He helped me to arrange a plan for my mouse and bat problem. He was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I was happy with the inspection and he was very thorough. The technician that came afterward on the same day was very nice, she told me exactly what she was going to do, and made sure that it was all ok with me, very knowledgeable and professional . Would never recommend using this company. After spraying for fleas 3 times, they are still extremely active in our basement. When I asked for a refund they proceeded to schedule an inspection to ensure they were still there (which I understand). That appointment was then cancelled last minute due to the inspector running late. I was assured they would come first thing on Saturday morning, THREE days later. I woke up early to ensure I would be ready for them. After not hearing anything at 9am, I called and asked what was going on. They proceeded to tell me I wasn’t scheduled until 4-6pm. They moved the appointment to noon-2pm. After 4 phone calls, I have still found out nothing. It is currently 30 min past the appointment time and still zero updates. My entire morning and afternoon has been wasted. I’m now left with fleas and still no refund when they claim to be 100% satisfaction guaranteed.
