Had a wasp issue. They were Knowledgeable, Friendly, professional and thorough. Definitely will use again if needed. At first I felt the price was high however when I took into account, it was wasps, their thoroughness, and that they had to go on the roof of the house, the price made sense.

I have been in the sales / service industry my whole life. When it was storming out and after 5 pm and on. A Friday ,I was worried about what kind of first time service I was going to receive. Pierre was honest ,thorough, accommodating very clean cut and polite and professional kinda of a throwback in today’s world I am the same I.am in The air conditioning industry I would hire Pierre in a minute at my company and lastly recommend him and Orkin to all of my friends and family.. I called this company for a quote this morning and they asked me for my card information, which I provided. They then stated they would send documents that needed to be signed in order to schedule service if I decided I wanted to proceed with them. They emailed the documents. I did not sign them at all as I was still shopping around, as this company is extremely overpriced. I ended up going with another company. Upon checking my email I saw that they had scheduled service for me for Monday, I was extremely confused because I did not sign the documents and also did not confirm or accept proceeding with scheduling services, so they basically set up service for me without permission or confirmation or receipt of the “documents”. Another thing that was strange was, I tried contacting their customer service and even the phone number listed here on Google several times with the number that I had called from earlier, I was unable to reach anyone it just continuously went to voicemail or prompted me to leave a message, even when calling their corporate number. I then began to think maybe they are screening the calls or have the registered number saved in their system and the only way to get through would be to call from a different number as if you are requesting a new service. Long behold, I called through my daughter’s phone and immediately got someone and explained the situation and asked for the services to be canceled. The customer service agent was extremely rude and obviously pissed off that I caught onto their little game that they play to take advantage of customers. Definitely shady practice. I’m sure if I didn’t figure that out and was unable to get through to someone I would’ve been charged on Monday This company is a scam, Although they are reputably known, they are definitely doing shady stuff. Would not recommend!

Nicholas always provides a thorough service. My husband went around the house before our visit, and we have noticed that since he started treating our property there is definitely an improvement in controlling spiders and other pests, mostly mosquitoes. Thank you Nicholas for such wonderful service!!!
