Ryan came out to expect and review my home for termites. He explained what is needed and why it's needed. I also signed up for mosquito control, hopefully this controls an ongoing issue with my backyard and mosquitos. Highly recommend Orkin for punctuality and responsiveness to anything related to termite or pest control. Update to this review. The service for mosquitoes is a joke, go and visit your local store and find remedies for this. The tech and manager tried to blame other conditions for my out of control mosquito situation. I will not return for business on this part, as for the other part which is finance for termite control/termination. I recommend them finding a different financial officer to loan out for this sort of service. I paid in full before the loan charged accumulated interest and it still charged me interest. The termites are definitely gone where there's a presence of them. I honestly had a good portion of my house hit for termite control, that part I cannot complain about. But 1-3 for services offered gives them a 2 - 5 star rating.

Our current Tech Tony is by far the best we’ve had yet. He finds solutions to any issues that arise and is mindful of my dogs safety . Works seamlessly and cleanly. Great personality.Goes out of his way to accommodate our difficult schedule conflicts. The office I have not had any really good experiences with but Tony is Excellent!!!

My account manager Keith cohen showed up on time as promised. He looked at location of my concerns and provided explanation as to how and where they grass are coming from. He gave multiple options for tenting and also other options of tenting wasn’t in the budget. He did great service and answered my questions including providing more details about the quote to tent. Would see definitely recommend them.
