Once Orkin identified that we had mice in our attic, the process couldn’t have gone better. We had an amazing and thoughtful inspector, Dylan who followed up with me regularly to see if I had any questions and an incredible team (Justin, Ryan, Dale, ana Robert Jr.) that juggled their schedule to get me in sooner! They couldn’t have been more kind, thoughtful and thorough than they were. It was a very pleasant experience and I was just floored by the quality of their work and expertise. While I hope we never get mice again, I wouldn’t use anyone but Orkin after this experience! One happy customer here!

Originally I had given a 5 star review, but unfortunately I need to edit. Our normal tech Brian is still phenomenal, very polite and knowledgeable, but we just had Dylan out to do a “complementary inspection” which was basically just him trying to sell us things like insulation and drywall services..? The only reason I even agreed to the meeting is cause they wouldn’t stop calling about it. Dylan was very nice and polite, but the entire encounter was misleading and uncomfortable. I was under the impression he would come out and inspect the attic and basement and suggest additional bug/mouse services if needed, not an entire remodel/renovation of our basement? I get it, it’s a business and they do provide more services than just pest control, but that should be stated in the initial call. I’d still recommend Orkin for PEST control, but will advise others about the complementary inspection calls.

I have nothing but praise for Orkin. From scheduling the appointment with Jesse to Andrew's arrival, the entire process was seamless. They were extremely considerate of our pets, a cat and a dog. Andrew kept in touch with me before the appointment to coordinate his arrival, and he thoroughly explained everything during his visit.

We had Robert at our house for the initial inspection and have Desmond for our routine appointments, both of them are awesome! Great experience every time, and we have not seen a single bug since we started using them. Appointments are quick and informative, would recommend!!

Brian Flanagan from Orkin is AWESOME! He regularly carefully checks and treats our property, inside and out. On the rare occasion that issues arise, Brian is super quick to respond so we don’t need to worry. He’s polite, friendly and fast. Fantastic service!

Edward the Orkin representative is very responsive and always willing to support. We still have minor ants and bugs here and there inside the house. Edward is supporting us to eradicate those bugs for ever. Giving this situation we still have our reserves about the efficiency of the treatment…more to come!

We have used orkin for 4 years now. The first couple years, they did a fantastic job - we had the same technician each time and he thoroughly addressed any new problems and prevented others. Within the past year or so, there has been a change where each time our house was serviced, there is a new technician - resulting in no consistency. Since this change, we have noticed a severe decline in the quality of service. In the last routine service in our house, Orkin said they noticed a high level of mouse activity. We trusted their recommendation and had our insulation replaced and ceiling panels sanitized. The crew arrived late, and because we had previously communicated that we needed them out of the house by a certain time, they rushed the job. Once the job was complete, I was walking around the basement and saw mouse droppings everywhere that fell from the ceiling panels that were not vacuumed, insulation pieces and dust layered on top of our furniture/work out equipment. Aftercare and clean up were all part of the job. After reaching out to Orkin several times, their service manager said their vacuum broke and he tried to clean up the mouse droppings "by hand". They offered no remedy to the situation, other than coming by weeks later to simply vacuum which I already did the next day. I will not be continuing our routine service with Orkin and would not recommend to our neighbors.

I forget the guy's name that come out, but he is my regular guy. He always does an awesome job checks every single thing dates to tramps. So when they're down he knows the next time they come to check everything. What is going outside of his work talkative? A real pleasure to have come out and check my house
