Service technician did not contact us. We were home but had our phones silenced due to an ill resident. Never rang the doorbell to the best of our knowledge. Was the backyard serviced? The padlock on the gate was locked. Does the technician have the code? Unable to determine if service was performed. Invoice was received and the check is in the mail.

Not sure I will use Orkin again in the future. I will have to wait and see how this issue is resolved. The Orkin guys were very nice guys to deal with all of them were professional and courteous. The only issue I have is when I’m paying for a professional job that was over $4k I expect professional service. After they left I noticed all over my entry way from my mailbox to my front door and even around the concrete in my backyard around my pool areas of mud and dirt tracked all over, now the backyard isn’t as bad as my front yard concrete especially on the curb where they were parked but in my opinion if I hire you to do a job then I shouldn’t have to hire another company to power wash the concrete after you leave. Although the Orkin guys were very nice, leaving a mess for me to clean up is in my opinion very unprofessional. If someone wants to call me I took pictures. I don’t plan to clean it up because I’m still interested in possibly hiring Orkin to spray my property for pests but depending on how they handle this will depend on whether I hire them again.

The inspector who came to assess our situation really knew her was impressively professional. We had two people come to our house yesterday who worked for hours in our attic cleaning out old insulation and unwelcome "guests". We were very impressed with all they did. They were very thorough. I would highly recommend Orkin to anyone with pesties.

Great communication. Simon was the best. I work 2 jobs and had to reschedule a couple of times. They have someone to answer 24 hours. Rescheduled without a problem. My cockroach infestation was bad. Simon recommended the fumigation first. There's a few survivors but he'll be back in 7 days to continue treatment.

The Orkin Technician Sean came out today and treated all areas of concern that we had both inside and out. While that's his job, he took the time to teach me what he was using to treat, how long to keep my small dogs away from the spray to let it dry and made certain that the spiders and scorpions were treated in the areas that I had seen them plus making certain it was with the proper treatment for those pests. He was kind, courteous and pleasant to communicate with besides being efficient at his job. I hope that he'll be our assigned technician as I have had decades experience using Orkin and trust this company. It truly helps to have knowledgeable and kind technicians also. Thank you Sean and Orkin!

Not pleased for the price point. The technician was not given the details I shared when I made the initial appointment about our specific pest problem and had to check in with a Supervisor to confirm how to treat upon arrival to our home. The company states they will identify the * root* cause of a knat issue and that's not what occurred with the inspection which was a **2nd** separate appointment. They did give me some useful tips.
