The tech and inspector that came out did a thorough job. We’re hoping the wasp problem is handled, but they’ll be back in 2 weeks to look again. They spent their time to check over everything. Richard and Shane were both very nice and great on communication.

The Augusta Orkin has no showed us the last 3 times. This has been in a two month period so we are behind in services that are already paid for. They do auto reschedule each time for times that do not work for us and not even in the same week. Each time we schedule, we have to arrange to have someone at the house to wait for them. I’m not sure what’s going on at this branch but if shopping for this type of service, please be advised they are not reliable. If I could, I would give them a negative score. At some point this becomes unacceptable. No show once - things happen but this has been the last three appointments.

UPDATE: they reached out today and offered a full refund and an inspection for free. I just wish someone would’ve told us this last night. Customer service is lacking, as they seem to only answer if you’re a new customer. This process has been horrendous but we’re thankful for this resolution. We have a rodent issue and called Orkin ASAP because we have an 11 month old in our home. I took off work to meet the worker. They sent a new person who was nice but they thought it was a routine stop just to set up traps. They brought a handful of glue traps and that was it. They did not inspect or look around or anything. They then said an inspector should come separately but that was never stated or set up. Mind you this entire service was $200. I then called and set up another service for today 4-6, where my husband had to take off work, and nobody showed. So we’re waiting for nothing with a sick baby and out $200….now we’re trying to call to report this and nobody is answering.

Very poor experience. Quite unprofessional. Initial appointment for 10 AM 11/18/23. At 09:45 I called to see if they were coming as I didn't receive any confirmation of arrival. The man I spoke with apologized and stated he didn't have enough available technicians and told me he needed to reschedule for the 2 PM - 4 PM time frame but it would be closer to 4 PM. I agreed, let him know we had errands to do and requested a 30 minute notice. We verbally confirmed the time of close to 4 PM. At 12:30 PM I received a text telling me they were heading our way. At 12:40 I received a text saying they were at my house. I made several attempts to call immediately, left a voice message, as we were not home. We were relying on the time given us for their rescheduling. No answer, no response, and ultimately on my last call attempt, I hear the automated system saying I now have a $149 charge/balance. For what? Failure on Orkin Augusta's behalf. How sad is that. Is that professional, reliable service? Does that honor their end?

Content with the overall monthly service, but I feel like I am being judged with what I can afford by living in the my own "flip". The house has definitely needed a cleanout from the very beginning and I could have saved myself a lot of money from trashing bug infested appliances, etc, if they didn't shut down the one technician that suggested it. They're speedy, but overall just want to keep your business not eliminate the problem.
