Appreciated the communication about my Mosquito bundle being serviced today. I was kept up to date for arrival time. My service today was outside. I have been very happy about the services offered with my Orkin plan. Update: 5 Jan 2026 Orkin rescheduled my appointment for regular service for treatment of Pest Control. I was seeing pests inside. They took the time to listen to my issue. Time frame for service was met. The technician listened to further understand my issue . Great service!

Customer service is unprofessional service is rude and all your fed are lies so they can close a sale and get you locked into a contract they will charge you as well for services that will not be rendered or done halfway they will then threaten to mess your credit up so they can get your money half the time I don’t even get in contact with someone when I call and they say they are going to get you the right person and never do I RECOMMEND ROCKET PEST they have taken care of my house provided traps and sprayed everything they also informed me on ways to assist and gave me a checklist before they arrive so they can spray the house properly and they did I called them and they answered thought me how to use the portal and gave great customer service they also provided extra traps for anywhere I feel that may need it. WILL NEVER RECOMMEND ORKIN EVER THEIR PROMISE IS NEVER TRUE AND THEY DO NOT HONOR THEIR WORD.
