I have had issues since day 1 from when the 1st service started prices were off from what i was told of the phone, and Brittany says they never do anything right! Then, someone else comes out and inspects the entire house for issues. 15k they wanted to charge me. I had two other companies come out, and they both found one easy minor thing I should fix (loose rain gutter). Brittany at the fredericksburg location is the absolute worst. I ended up canceling, and the lady from that branch just did away with my last bill. Please look elsewhere.

The initial meeting and everything thing forward was professional and on time. My Inspector was very knowledgeable polite and honest especially when it came to pricing lol. It's not completely about saving money but more so getting what you pay for and it lasting! We are not wealthy by any means but for what I've seen after the work and installation I can't complain.

My family and I moved to Fredericksburg area and we got roaches problem we decided to hire them for a year contract because we heard good things about this company But BIG mistake they have taken more money out of my account than they have done their job. I got the fog job which is a deep cleaning they call it where you have to be out for at least 6 hrs out. The guy that they send out I explained to him specifically please just do the first floor and the basement area. He went in at 9:00 am and came out at 9:12 and he said he did the whole house it’s a very big house that we have. When we went back home we could clearly see the shiny of the spray where you can see where he did throw some and where he didn’t. I called them to tell them that and they didn’t do anything they said that they called the guy to ask him if he did the whole house and they believed him. They still charged me the amount for a half job done. I still have the roaches problem and it’s been more than 2 months since they have came out to my house yet they do charge monthly. It sucks I wish I could eliminate the contract and they charge you to cancel it. I’ve been dealing with the roach problems myself t home I’m cleaning my house on my own and so far it’s getting so much better without their help. So don’t get a contract with these people they suck.
