The staff is exceptional. I have dealt with another pest control company in Franklin a while back. I knew the service was not the best but I didn't know how bad they were until I have dealt with this group. John (retired now), April and Derrick are outstanding and represent the company well. I'm in sales myself and what I liked about them is they don't try to upsell you, which is very common in this business. I am very glad I met John and Derrick. I feel my home is in good hands now.

I own a vacation rental property and on Sunday my renters called to say they saw ants. I called Orkin on a Sunday and got a real person. She had someone out by 1:00 on Monday. It went really well from start to finish with the service man Andrew. What a nice person. He has even set me up with an auto check at my cabin in a week to make sure they are gone. I’m thrilled with the service and with Andrew. I’d give kudos to the lady I talk to on Sunday, but I don’t know her name.
