The guy the sent to my house was completely inept, I explained my situation to 3 people, let them know they would need to bring a ladder to access my attic, I was informed by 2 of the people that "our guys carry ladders on their trucks" cool. Nope dude didn't have a ladder, showed up when I wasn't home. Told me my 15 year old could take care of it, and didn't do anything. We live In an older house and have acquired a rodent problem, told I was pretty sure they were living in the attic since it's the only place in the house we don't use and we rarely saw them. Dude puts out bait houses in the basement and calls it done. A week later I call them to let them know whatever they've done has just stirred the rodents up because now we're seeing them everywhere. Dude comes back out when no one is home after being informed no one is home and does nothing. Comes back out at 9 am on Saturday morning with a ladder this time, pokes his head in my attic says "there's no way they can live up there" comes back down and says "I don't know what you want me to do" so he puts more bait boxes out in my basement. Now I've gotten a text yesterday saying they were coming out today, I called and explained to them their guy wasn't doing anything and I didn't want him to come out I was told that they can't cancel an appointment within 24 hours, cool but I didn't know about it before 24 hours in advance soooo I'm thinking that's on you. Told them no one would be home, and was told that he would do the outside and come back the next day to treat the inside. Ok but I just told you I don't need your services anymore. "Well, we still have to do this treatment" ok why? "Well it's in your contract" ok so basically you want me to pay you to do nothing and also pay someone else to take care of the problem you're supposed to be dealing with. So is there a way to leave 0 stars?

Tony is a wonderful serviceman. He is very thorough is all he does when it is our service day. Very pleasant to talk too and concerned about the products he's using. Always on time, and finishes quickly to talk about any issues we may have.

I am very happy with my service and will be even happier when they come to fix my problem indefinitely. Noah gave me a list of prep work to do before he comes for the treatment and made a plan that works best for me and my family. Highly recommend Noah for Orkin as he knows what he’s doing!!

I want to say Belinda (Marion Office) and Noah have been absolutely amazing and helpful. They have taken their time to figure out scheduling and fix errors that have been made by the primary call center. Since they have changed the way they operate, I have had nothing but trouble. I have been told that I have appointments scheduled – but they were never locked in. I have spoke with the branch manager, Chris and he was just as uninformed. He lacked basic customer service knowledge. I was shocked at how little he cared that all these issues are happening right under him. They put a “protective barrier” around the perimeter of the house to keep the bugs out. But they have found their way in since the surrounding neighbors have bombed their homes. I am frustrated and at a loss with this. I have never had a bug issues (except the occasional spider) until now and I have been utilizing Orkin services for years. I am extremely disappointed and will unfortunately stop using them after this quarter ends.

We have had a big problem with stink bugs! Last year I tried another exterminator with little luck. This year I called Orkin and am very happy with the results. They do a great job!

They kept raising the price until I couldn’t afford it anymore. I was being serviced every 3 months. I let them know in advance (to be polite) that I couldn’t afford it anymore and I asked for more glue boards and they refused. (Remember, I had already paid for my 3 month service). This was 1 1/2 months into the service. I should have waited until my service was due again. Maybe it’s under new management in my area. I don’t know. I do know the man I talked to was rude and unprofessional and told me it would cost him $50.00 to drop off the glue boards, which you can buy at Dollar General. Go to Action Pest or Terminix. They were very polite! These are all located in Evansville, IN.

Had to store my belongings in a storage unit for less than a week while settling on a new place. Unfortunately brought some unwanted visitors to my new home. Called and had an appointment set for the next day. James was excellent and very thorough! Called ahead and noticed things I hadn't yet! Very happy with the service thus far!

I had an issue with carpenter ants invading my home. Patrick came out and treated my home inside and outside around the perimeter. Since being treated I haven’t seen one carpenter ant in my home.They were very professional, courteous and quick to come out and take care of my problem.
