Anthony did a fantastic job . Came over on Christmas Eve day . Found exactly where the mice were coming in. My house . Spent a good amount of time to find all this stuff . Put down traps very strategically. Really nice guy and a great representation for the Orkin Company . He is following up with me next week to make sure everything he did worked . I give him 10 out of 10 marks for his knowledge of the mouse habits and making sure my house is now free of those pesky critters !!

December: Dave was informative and helpful as we start our bi-monthly service. November: Technician was prompt and knowledgeable. Unfortunately he was unable to check the attic and treat it due to an injury that he cannot climb ladders. Tomorrow they will send someone else.

Had orkin come out on 8/7 to take care of some black wasps that were making a home in my garage. They also treated my foundation for an ant problem I was having. Since they did this service I have seen a drastic reduction in ants and the black wasps are gone hopefully to never return. The 2 gentlemen who came to my home were very respectful and thorough. They did a fantastic job! I would recommend orkin to everyone! Their rates are very competitive and affordable as well!

In my opinion the Crystal Lake Orkin team should receive 10+ rating. Unfortunately we had bed bugs which are difficult to eradicate. The moment Josh arrived we felt we were in good hands. He explained what the bugs habits were, the process to remove the intruders, and follow-up. Being tough, it took a couple applications and with Josh he brought Dane for training. We could see the intense training and both did an excellent job. During this time Josh went to management training. He was so considerate. He called to say he was in training and not be there for the next application but if I needed anything he would be happy to help. Thanks for the great customer service Josh !! While Josh was gone, Steven came to our home. He also did an excellent job being a fresh pair of eyes and taking our service to excellence. Super thorough job! After training, Dane continued being our serviceman and we continue to be happy. The bugs are gone. For these reasons and more, kudos to the Crystal Lake team !! Thank you Josh, Steven, Dane
